Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal information you give us when you ask for a quote or get in touch, and what you can do about it.
Last updated 27 July 2026
Purified Group Pty Ltd (ABN 64 647 125 200) provides exterior cleaning services across the Perth metropolitan area. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and this policy explains in plain terms what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
The short version: we collect the details you choose to give us so we can quote your job and do the work. We do not sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, call us, or email us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your contact details, which is usually a phone number and an email address
- The address or location of the property you want cleaned
- Details about the job itself, such as the service you need, the type of property, the number of storeys or panels, and access considerations
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not collect sensitive information as the Privacy Act defines it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and the third parties described below may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and secure, not to build a profile of you by name.
Cookies and tracking
Our enquiry form is provided by a third-party form and customer management provider, and it is embedded on this site rather than built into it. That embedded form sets its own cookies and loads scripts from its provider, including a bot-protection service that helps stop automated spam submissions.
The embedded form also loads a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. This tells Meta that a browser has loaded the page, which can be used to measure and target advertising. It is part of the form provider's own configuration.
We do not run any separate website analytics of our own on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the enquiry form may not work properly if you do. You can also manage advertising preferences directly with Meta through your account settings there.
Why we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- Prepare and send you a quote
- Arrange, schedule and carry out the work
- Contact you about your job, including confirmations and any changes
- Answer questions you have asked us
- Keep our own records of work done, including for insurance and safety documentation
- Send you occasional service reminders or offers, where you would reasonably expect it as an existing customer and have not told us to stop
If you would rather not hear from us about anything other than a job in progress, tell us and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is needed to deliver the service:
- The technicians attending your property
- Our form, customer management and email providers, who process enquiries and messages on our behalf
- A building manager, strata manager or property manager, but only where they arranged the work or you have asked us to deal with them
- Anyone we are required to give it to by law
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not pass it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Your information is held in the systems of the service providers described above. Some of those providers operate outside Australia, so your information may be stored or processed overseas. We take reasonable steps to use established providers who handle information securely.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. That includes limiting access to the people who need it to do the job and relying on the security controls of the providers we use. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you and the regulator if a data breach happens that is likely to cause you serious harm, as the law requires.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, then dispose of it.
Getting access, or correcting something
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask for a copy. You can also ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date, or to delete information we no longer need.
Email sales@purifiedgroup.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm who you are first. There is no charge for asking, and if we cannot do what you have asked, we will explain why in writing.
If you are not happy
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at sales@purifiedgroup.com.au and set out what happened. We will look into it and come back to you in writing.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the national privacy regulator, at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the tools we use change. The current version always sits on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
